We understand that sometimes you prefer talking to a real person to ensure your needs are met. That’s why our friendly and knowledgeable team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm GMT+8, to answer any questions you may have. To get started, simply have the following information ready, and we’ll take care of the rest:
- The item(s) you have selected
- Quantity needed
- Imprint color(s), location, and copy
- Type of proof required (virtual and/or actual)
- Packaging requirements, if any
- Date needed
- Shipping destination
Your dedicated Account Representative will promptly check availability and email you a detailed quote, including the total price of your order. Once you approve the quote either online or by email, your Account Representative will guide you through the process of providing your artwork. After arranging payment and approving a virtual proof, you will receive a final acknowledgment, and your order will be placed into production.
Virtual Proofs: Our skilled in-house art department will meticulously prepare your artwork for production. Your order acknowledgment will include a virtual proof, allowing you to visualize the imprint that will appear on your order. Once you give your approval, we will proceed with production.
Product Proofs: If desired, we can provide an actual product with your requested imprint for your approval before production begins. Please note that product proofs typically cost approximately $50.00, in addition to the costs of the item, setup charges, PMS matches, and shipping. The production time for product proofs generally ranges from five to ten working days.
Shipping Methods and Details: Rest assured, we take care of all the necessary arrangements to ensure your products reach their destination on time. However, it’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays, or other unusual circumstances that may affect shipping times.
Our products are sold FOB (freight on board) factory, meaning that once they are picked up by the carrier, they become the purchaser’s property. We provide a firm ship date for your order and can recommend the best shipping options based on your requirements. Additionally, upon request, we can arrange CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments.
Artwork: Ordering with PREMIER CHINA LIMITED is effortless. Once you have placed an order or requested a quote, your Account Representative will guide you on how to submit your artwork. If you don’t have artwork readily available, we are more than happy to assist you in creating artwork or preparing your logo for imprinting. Simply email us a copy of your logo and let us know your preferred type style, and our team will take it from there.
If you already have artwork but are unsure if it’s usable, the preferred format is original vector art saved in EPS format, with all designs and fonts converted to outlines. However, if you don’t have this format, we can work with the artwork you do have to create the necessary files.
Preferred Formats:
- Adobe Illustrator® (file extension .ai or .eps)
- Adobe Photoshop® (file extension .eps)
Formats That May Be Accepted:
- Corel Draw® * IBM-PC only (file extension .cdr) (all text converted to outlines)
- Macromedia Freehand® (file extension .fh) (all text converted to outlines)
- PEGs (.jpg), PDFs (.pdf), Bitmaps (.bmp), TIFFs (.tif), GIFs (.gif): These formats may be acceptable for one-color imprints as long as they are at the same size or larger than the desired imprint size and have a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher.
Special Corporate Color Matches – PMS Matches: PMS stands for Pantone Matching System™ and refers to numbered swatches used worldwide by art departments and manufacturers. While we strive to achieve exact PMS color matches, due to the variety of surfaces and colors we print on, we cannot guarantee an exact match in all cases.
Payment Information: For the convenience of our customers, we prefer bank wire transfer to our company account. Typically, we require a 30% deposit upon order placement before starting any production. The remaining balance of 70% is payable prior to the shipment of goods.
Imprinting Methods: We offer a variety of imprinting methods to suit your needs and achieve the desired look for your promotional items:
Color Print:
This method involves printing the artwork color by color, making it a cost-effective option. It is also known as Silkscreen, Pad Print, Screen Print, or Transfer.
Full Color:
Using a digital photographic process, this method reproduces artwork with halftone and color gradations similar to a color photograph. It is also referred to as Digital imprint or Four Color Process.
Deboss:
A subtle and sophisticated method where artwork is pressed onto a product. It can be color-filled but is typically done without color, resulting in a tactile imprint. It is also known as Blind Deboss.
Laser:
This method offers a high-end look by etching artwork onto a surface. It is a cost-effective way to achieve detailed decoration on various products and is also called Laser Engraving.
Embroidery:
Reproducing your logo with fine detail using thread colors that match your design, embroidery provides a professional and refined look.
Hot Stamp:
This method involves using an array of foil colors for your imprint. Gold and Silver are popular choices. Please note that exact PMS color matches cannot be achieved through hot stamping due to limitations in available industry foils.
